Parapharyngeal Space Masses from Clinical Clues to Pathologic Diagnosis

Parapharyngeal space masses can present significant diagnostic challenges because of their deep location, varied clinical presentation, and broad pathological spectrum. In this pathology-led anniversary lecture, Dr. Asitava Mondal will take participants through a practical diagnostic approach to these lesions, integrating clinical picture, imaging findings, cytology, cell block, histopathology, and immunohistochemistry. The session will emphasize clinicopathologic correlation and differential diagnosis, with clinical and imaging features used to support and narrow the pathological interpretation.
