1. Use of Services
You may access our educational content for personal learning only. Sharing, distributing, or duplicating content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Accounts & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login.
- Access to paid content is granted only to registered users who have completed payment.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payments can be made in INR or USD via Razorpay or PayPal.
- All prices are listed clearly on course pages. No hidden charges.
- Refunds are not provided once access to a course or event has been granted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Educational Status and Certificates
Oromed 360 Academy is an independent professional education platform. Its courses are intended for continuing learning, knowledge enhancement and practical skill development.
Where included, certificates are issued after the applicable participation or course-completion requirements have been met. Certificates may be included in a CV, professional portfolio or LinkedIn profile as evidence of completed learning.
Unless specifically stated on an individual course page, our courses are not formally accredited by a university, statutory council or professional regulatory body. Oromed 360 Academy does not directly award or guarantee academic credit or CPD/CDE points. However, participants may be able to claim completed learning hours for CPD/CDE purposes, depending on their professional body’s or jurisdiction’s requirements.Participants are responsible for confirming eligibility and acceptance with the relevant professional or regulatory body.
Certificates do not constitute a degree, diploma, licence to practise or other formally recognised academic or professional qualification.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, visuals, and materials are the property of Oromed 360 Academy or its content contributors and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully in all interactive sessions and discussions. We reserve the right to remove access in cases of inappropriate behavior.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates implies acceptance of those changes.
