Updating your name takes less than a minute. Please follow these steps before generating your certificate.
1. Log in to Your Account
- Go to: oromed360academy.com
- Click Log In (top right).
- Enter your email and password.
After logging in, you will automatically land on your My Account dashboard (as shown in the screenshot).
2. Open Your Profile From the Top Menu
From this point on, the Account page will not show your profile name settings.
To reach your name settings:
- Go to the top right corner of the website.
- Click Profile (next to “Logout”).
- This opens your LearnPress Profile page.
- On this page, click the Settings tab.
This is the only place where the name used for certificates can be edited.
3. Update Your Name for Certificates
Inside the Settings tab:
- Find the field that displays your current name.
- Enter your full name exactly as you want it to appear on the certificate.
- Examples:
- Dr. A. K. Sharma
- Asha R. Mehta
- John Mathew
- Examples:
Check carefully for:
- Spelling
- Capitals
- Use of initials
- Inclusion of titles (optional)
4. Save Your Changes
Scroll down and click Save.
Your updated name will now appear on all certificates generated afterward.
5. Important (Please Read)
- Update your name before generating your certificate.
- Certificates do not automatically update if the name is changed later.
- If your certificate is already generated, regenerate it (if allowed).
- If you cannot regenerate, email info@oromed360academy.com.
6. Quick Troubleshooting
If your updated name does not appear on your certificate:
- Log out and log in again.
- Clear browser cache.
- Confirm the name was changed under Profile → Settings, not under Account Details.
