Log in using the same email address and account used when you enrolled.
Select My Courses from your Academy profile.
Open the course you have enrolled in.

If you are logged in but the course still displays a payment option, or access does not appear to be open, refresh the page. In most cases, your correct access status will then appear.

Open Lesson 1 to find the Zoom registration link.
Register early. Zoom will send your individual joining link to the email address you provide.
On the scheduled day, use your Zoom link to join approximately 10 minutes before the session begins.
The recording will normally be added to Lesson 1 within 24 hours of the live session. You may use it to review the course or catch up if you were unable to attend live.
After attending the live session or viewing the recording, mark Lesson 1 as complete and continue to the remaining quiz or feedback section.

Your course content will be available immediately in Lesson 1.

Open the course from My Courses in your Academy profile.
View the course content in Lesson 1.
Once you have finished viewing it, mark the lesson as complete.
Continue to the remaining quiz or feedback section and complete the course requirements.

After watching the free course content:

Log in to the Academy using the same account used to purchase the certificate option.
Open the corresponding course from My Courses.
Complete each listed lesson and mark it as complete.
Complete the required quiz or feedback form.
Finish the course and generate your certificate before the course-access period ends.

After completing the course content, continue to the next section of the course.

Depending on the course, you will be asked to complete either:

A self-assessed quiz, which must be passed. You may attempt the quiz up to 10 times; or
A feedback form, which must be submitted.

After completing the quiz or feedback, mark the section as complete and proceed to finish the course.

After completing all required lessons, quizzes or feedback:

Check that every lesson is marked Complete.
Confirm that your name is entered correctly in your Academy profile. This is the name that will appear on your certificate.
Select Finish Course.
Generate your certificate from your Academy account.
Download and save a copy for your records. Your certificate will also remain available in your Academy account.

The access period varies by course and is stated on the individual course page.

You must complete all lessons, finish the course and generate your certificate before that access period ends. Please do not wait until the final day.

During the available access period, you may retake the course up to three times. Retaking the course does not extend its original access period.

If you have already enrolled but the course still displays a payment option, or its content does not appear accessible:

Confirm that you are logged in using the same account and email address used for the purchase.
Refresh the course page.
If necessary, log out, log in again and reopen the course from My Courses.

If access is still unavailable, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the page so we can check it for you.
