Purchases & Refunds
Sometimes payments may not go through due to one of the following reasons:
Your card or payment method was declined by your bank or provider.
There may be a temporary issue with the payment gateway.
If you’re paying in INR, please ensure you're using the India-specific payment option. For international payments, use the international link.
Double-check that all card details and billing info are entered correctly.

We understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to attend a paid course or have made a duplicate payment, please write to us at info@oromed360academy.com
] within 3 days of registration.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7 working days if eligible. Please note that processing fees may be deducted, and refunds are not available after course access or certificate generation.
If you’ve received a coupon code, you can enter it during checkout in the “Have a coupon?” field. Make sure to apply the code before completing your payment.
Coupons are valid only for the course or event they are issued for, and may have expiry dates or usage limits. If you face any issues, feel free to reach out to us at info@oromedacademy360.com

Account details
To update your name, go to My Account > Profile Settings and edit the display name fields. This name will be used on any certificates issued.
If you've already completed a course and your certificate shows the incorrect name, please email us at info@oromedacademy360.com
with your correct name and course details. We’ll be happy to issue a revised certificate.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Just click that link to stop receiving non-essential updates.
If you’re registered for a course, you may still receive important service emails (like access links, certificate notices, or reminders). To fully unsubscribe from all communication, including course-related messages, please email us at info@oromedacademy360.com

To change your password:
Go to the Login page.
Click on "Lost your password?" below the login form.
Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.
