Dr. Bhuvan Nagpal is an oral and maxillofacial pathologist, laboratory medicine specialist and medico-legal consultant with over a decade of experience. His expertise encompasses oral and head and neck histopathology and cytopathology, oral cancer and potentially malignant disorders, FNAC, clinical biochemistry, laboratory quality systems and medico-legal dentistry. He has performed more than 5,000 oral and head and neck FNAC procedures.
He is Founder-Director of the Centre of Oral Pathology and Maxillofacial Diagnostics (COPMD), Founder-President of the Practicing Oral Pathologists and Microbiologists Association (POPMA), Director of the Academy of Oral Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (AOPLM), and Editor-in-Chief of *The Oral Pathologist*.
An active researcher, reviewer, educator and academic mentor, Dr. Nagpal has authored more than 65 publications and completed over 150 scientific reviews. He is a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the Academy of General Education, Manipal.
