1. Course Access and Eligibility for Refund
All courses offered through Oromed 360 Academy are digital and/or live-online in nature. Once a course has been accessed, downloaded, or attended live, it is considered delivered and not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If you have made a payment but are unable to access the course, please contact us within 7 days of payment at info@oromedacademy360.com, and we will assist you promptly.
2. Certificate Processing Fees
For free courses where certificates are available at an additional fee:
- No refund will be provided once the certificate has been generated or issued.
- If you have mistakenly made a duplicate payment or are unable to access the form for certificate issuance, please reach out to us within 7 days; processing costs may be deducted..
3. Duplicate Transactions
In the event of a duplicate or accidental payment, please email us with your transaction details. After verifying the payment, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days; processing costs may be deducted.
4. Cancellation by Oromed 360 Academy
In rare cases where a course or live session is canceled or rescheduled by Oromed 360 Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
- An option to attend the rescheduled session (if applicable), or
- A full refund of the registration fee (if no certificate has been issued)
